Very vexing. Sorry for your troubles. I had a similar experience a few years ago. What I don’t get is why/how obviously plagiarized content beats original content, on repeat. Do you have an understanding how the fake content keeps beating original content in the algorithms? It just seems obvious that an earlier publishing date and an automated copy check would be a guide for all search engines.
